摘要
习近平社会建设战略思想是习近平关于中国社会发展目标、任务、路径的战略思考和理论创新,是治国理政思想的重要组成部分,是新时期党领导社会建设的行动指南。习近平把"让人民过上更好生活"作为民生改善的目标,把"充满活力又和谐有序"作为社会治理的目标,把"一体化、均等化"作为公共服务的目标,着力构建社会建设的价值共识、物质基础和制度保障,以此扩大民生供给、优化公共服务、创新社会治理,形成了关于新的历史阶段推进社会建设的战略思想,包括为民务实的战略目标、科学完备的战略部署、全面系统的战略对策,具有鲜明的特征,为落实"五位一体"总体布局和推进"四个全面"战略布局奠定坚实的社会基础。
Xi Jinping's strategic ideologies for social construction is his strategic thoughts and theoretical innovation inthe goals, missions, pathways for China's social development.They constitute a significant part of his ideology of national governance and political administration, and function as a guideline for social construction led by the CPC in new age. Xi Jinping takes"letting people have a better life"as the goal of improving people's welfare, considers"dynamics with harmony and order"as the goal of social governance, and regards "integration and equalization"as the goal of public service.He is engaged with building up common value for social construction, material basis and institutional guarantee to expand supply for people's livelihood, upgrade public service, and innovate in social governance.
