摘要
社会管理是中国特色社会主义事业总体布局中社会建设的重要组成部分。民生在社会管理中占有重要地位,当前要千方百计破除阻碍民生发展的社会管理障碍,坚持中国特色社会主义管理模式建构的原则,构建基于民生的以党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与、法制保障为主要内容的中国特色社会主义管理模式。
Social management is an important part of the social construction in the Chinese characteristic socialist causes. People＇ s livelihood plays an important role in the social managoment. In preasant we should do our best to break the obstaches of social management which hinder the developmant of people＇ s livelihood, insist the socialist management principles, and structure the Chinese eharateristic socialist management mode based on the people＇ s livelihood with the main contents of the Party commettee leading, the governments responce, social coordination, public participation and the legal garantee.
