生物电阻抗分析在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿疗效观察中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨生物电阻抗分析在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿诊断及疗效评估中的应用。方法回顾性分析接受乳腺癌改良根治术、腋窝淋巴结清扫术及腋窝区放疗后继发患侧上肢淋巴水肿的22例患者的临床资料。针对上肢淋巴水肿,所有患者均接受物理康复治疗(保守治疗)或淋巴管静脉吻合术治疗(手术治疗)。所有患者均于治疗前、治疗后3 d及治疗后1年测量双侧肢体周径,并应用生物电阻抗仪对患肢进行体成分分析。结果22例患者中,保守治疗11例,手术治疗11例。治疗后1年两组患者的上肢周径均缩小,患侧肢体水含量下降。结论生物电阻抗分析可以为乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿肢体的周径测量提供客观数据,可以作为单侧上肢淋巴水肿诊断及疗效评估的手段之一。 Objective To investigate the usefulness of bioimpedance analysis in the diagnosis and prediction of the treatment outcome in breast cancer related lymphedema patients. Method The study included 22 patients diagnosed as secondary upper extremity lymphedema after modified radical mastectomy, axillary lymph node dissection, and axillary radiation. All patients received physical rehabilitation(conservative therapy) or lymphaticovenular anastomosis(surgical therapy) to treat lymphedema. All patients were measured for bilateral limb circumferences and bioimpedance before, 3days and 1 year after treatment. Result Of the 22 patients, 11 had conservative therapy, and another 11 were treated by surgery. One year after treatment, the results of circumference measurement and the water content in affected limbs were decreased. Conclusion Bioimpedance is a useful tool in evaluating the severity and treatment results of breast cancer-related lymphedema.
