摘要
【目的】观察乳腺癌患者的配对盒因子蛋白(PAX2)、乳腺癌扩增因子蛋白(AIB1)、转移黏附基因蛋白(MTDH)表达水平及意义。【方法】因乳房肿块接受病理检查的患者200例,根据检查结果分为乳腺癌组和乳腺良性病变组。比较两组患者PAX2、AIB1、MTDH表达情况,比较不同临床病理特征乳腺癌患者PAX2、AIB1、MTDH表达水平的差异及影响因素。【结果】乳腺癌组患者的PAX2阳性表达率低于,AIB1、MTDH阳性表达率高于良性病变组,且两组相比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。中、低分化,有淋巴结转移,浸润深度为T3+T4的乳腺癌患者PAX2阳性表达率较低(P<0.01),AIB1、MTDH阳性表达率较高(P<0.01);不同年龄乳腺癌患者PAX2、AIB1、MTDH阳性表达率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。回归分析结果显示患者的淋巴结转移情况和浸润深度是影响乳腺癌患者PAX2、AIB1、MTDH表达的因素。【结论】乳腺癌患者的PAX2阳性表达率较低,AIB1、MTDH阳性表达率较高,且与患者的淋巴结转移情况和浸润情况密切相关。
【Objective】To investigate the expression and clinical significance of PAX2,AIB1 and MTDH in breast cancer(BC)patients.【Methods】A total of 200 patients with breast discomfort who underwent pathological examination in our hospital were selected.According to the pathological diagnosis,patients were divided into the breast cancer group and the benign breast lesion group.The expressions of PAX2,AIB1 and MTDH in the two groups were recorded.Furthermore the expression levels of PAX2,AIB1 and MTDH in breast cancer patients with different clinicopathological characteristics were compared.【Results】The positive expression rate of PAX2 was lower in breast cancer tissue,while the positive expression rates of AIB1 and MTDH were both higher in breast cancer group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of PAX2 was lower in breast cancer patients with moderate or low differentiation,lymph node metastasis and infiltration depth staging T3+T4(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of AIB1 and MTDH in breast cancer patients with moderate or low differentiation,lymph node metastasis and infiltration depth staging T3+T4 were higher(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of PAX2,AIB1,and MTDH in breast cancer patients of different ages(P>0.05).Regression analysis results showed that lymph node metastasis and depth of infiltration were the factors affecting the expression of PAX2,AIB1 and MTDH in breast cancer.【Conclusion】PAX2 positive expression rate is lower in breast cancer patients,while AIB1 and MTDH positive expression rates are higher.Also those expression rates are closely related to lymph node metastasis and depth of infiltration.
