摘要
以自烧结性较差的MCMB为原料,四氢呋喃作为溶剂,采用溶液混合法对MCMB进行沥青改性以提高其烧结性能。考察了沥青含量对MCMB制备的石墨材料结构和性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着沥青含量的增加,石墨材料的结构变得更加致密,体积密度、弯曲强度和肖氏硬度都随着沥青含量的增加先增大后减小。在沥青含量为18%时达到最大值,体积密度为1.96 g/cm^3,弯曲强度为62.6 MPa,肖氏硬度为55.9。石墨材料的电阻率在14.8~21.8μΩ·m范围内并随着沥青含量的增加而减小。
In order to improve the sintering performance of mesocarbon microbead (MCMB), the medium temperature pitch was used to modify MCMB with tetrahydrofuran as the solvent. The influence of pitch content on the structure and properties of graphite materials prepared by MCMB was investigated. The results showed that with the increase of pitch content, the structure of graphite materials became dense. The bending strength, shore hardness, and bulk density of graphite materials were increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of pitch content. When the content of pitch reached 18%, both the bending strength and the hardness as well as the volume density can attain 62.6 MPa, 55.9 and 1.96 g/cm3, respectively. The resistivity range of graphite materials was in 14.8-21.8 μΩ·m and decreased with the increase of pitch content.
