摘要
借助透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了α-Al2O3颗粒形貌。通过烧成实验,测定了坯体的线膨胀率。坯体在高温下,产生弹性后效,导致烧成膨胀;在同一压制条件下,形貌不同的颗粒结合强度不同,坯体残余应力能不同,在高温下产生弹性后效的程度也就不同,因此导致坯体烧成膨胀的程度不同。
The effect of particles morphology of α-Al2O3 on firing expansion of its compact is investigated in this paper. The morphology of α-Al2O3 particles were studied by SEM and TEM, and line-expansion rate were measured by firing experiment. The results show that compact occurs spring back at elevated temperature and results in firing expansion. At the same press condition, the particles with different morphology exhibit different bind strength, so the energy of residual stress and the degree of spring back occurred at elevated temperature are different too, which lead to firing expansion of compact in different degree.
