鉴于高纯石墨是太阳能光伏产业的主要材料以及生产工艺的复杂性,本文详细介绍了目前国内外生产高纯石墨的主要工艺流程,系统地阐述了各工艺的基本原理、方法、特点及研究现状,并对目前国内外生产高纯石墨的主要生产工艺进行了系统的比较和分析,同时展望了高纯石墨生产工艺的发展方向。
In view of production process complexity of high purity graphite as the main material of solar photovoltaic industry, a de tailed description is given on mainly production technology for high purity graphite at home and abroad, based on the systematic exposition of basic principles, methods and research progresses of various technologies. And their future development trends are also prospected.
