摘要
为了探索遗传学实验教学中动物基因组DNA提取的最优方法,本文介绍了一种改良版的碱裂解动物基因组DNA的提取方法,并与传统的酚仿抽提法及试剂盒提取法进行了比较。结果表明,优化碱裂解法具有简单、快速、无毒、成本低等优点,是一种既可以用于科学研究,也可应用于遗传学实验教学的较好方法。
In order to explore the optimal method of animal genomic DNA extraction in genetics experiment teaching, here is an improved version of the alkaline lysis of genomic DNA extraction method,and compared with the traditional phenol - chloroform extraction method and the kit extraction method. The results showed that the optimized alkaline lysis method is simple, rapid, non - toxic and low cost. It is a good method not only for scientific research but also in genetics experiment teaching.
