摘要
针对宝钢德盛冷连轧机连退酸机组(简称德盛冷轧)生产的型号为BN1G不锈钢带2B表面成品,在抛光时其表面存在白点缺陷的质量问题,通过对白点缺陷的形态、BN1G钢种特性及机组生产状态等分析和工艺改进实验对比,得出缺陷的不同成因,并做出了相应的改善方法,使缺陷得到有效控制,产品质量可满足抛光要求。
For the production of BN1 G stainless steel with 2B products, quality problems in polishing the surface of white spot flaw and improvement by comparison of white spot flaw shape, steel grade and unit BN1 G production status and process analysis, the defects of different causes, and made some improvements to make. The defect has been effectively controlled, the quality of the products can meet the requirements of polishing.
