摘要
2005年我国不锈钢的表观消费量达522万t,是1998年的6倍;同时我国不锈钢的年产量也从1908年的22万t增加至2005年的316万t,主要通过进口弥补不足部分。据不完全统计,到2006年底,我国热轧不锈钢产能将达到1000万t/a,冷轧不锈钢产能将超过500万t/a。文中讨论了不锈钢发展过程的有关问题,并预测我国2010年不锈钢需求量为841～1 050万t,其中300系列奥氏体不锈钢占50％～60％,400系列铁索体不锈钢占30％～35％,其他(包括200系列)占5％～10％。
The amount of annual apparent consumption of stainless steel in China in 2005 was up to 5 220 000 t, being 6 times the amount of annual apparent consumption in 1998, at the some time the amount of annual output of stainless steel in China increased to 3 160 000 t in 2005 from 220 000 t in 1998 and the shortage was compensated mainly by input. According to incomplete statistic, up to the end of 2006, the production capacity of hot rolled stainless steel in China shall be up to 10 000 000 t per year and that of cold rolled stainless steel shall be more than 5 000 000 t per year. Relative issues in development of stainless steel are discussed in this article and it is predicted that stainless steel requirement amount of stainless steel in China in 2010 shall be 8 410 000 - 10 500 000 t, in which 300 series austenite steels make up 50% - 60%, 400 series ferrite stainless steels make up 30% -35%, anothers including 200 series make up 5% - 10%.
