摘要
作者通过实测单片轧制及正常生产条件下的各架轧制力,获得了大量的摩擦系数测算值。在此基础上,分析了不同条件下摩擦系数与各影响因素的关系,并为几个常用压力计算公式匹配了摩擦系数实用模型。
A large number of observed data of the rolling force in the stands are recorded for either single-piece rolling or routine production. The data are analyzed for the conditions and factors controling the coefficients of friction. Several empirical formulas for the choice of coefficients of friction are proposed to suit the models for pressure computation in common use.
