摘要
文章在对高职生源变化的现状与特点进行分析的基础上,结合传统教学中遇到的问题,提出落实"以生为本"的教学理念、设计灵活多样的教学方法、更新课程改革理念、优化师资队伍结构、推动数字化教学资源建设等提升教学质量的路径,以期为高职院校提升教学质量提供借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the present situation and characteristics of the change of vocational students’ source and combined with the problems encountered in traditional ways of teaching, this article puts forward paths for prompting teaching quality such as implementing student-oriented teaching concept, designing flexible and diversified teaching methods,refreshing the idea of curriculum reform, optimizing the structure of teachers’ team,and facilitating the construction of digitalized teaching resources, with a view to providing reference for improving teaching quality in vocational colleges.
