摘要
新“双高计划”是促进高职院校从粗放式规模发展转向高质量内涵式发展的契机和动力。生源是高职院校各类工作的起点,也是高职院校人才培养的落脚点。生源数量的不足和生源质量的下降,不但给高职院校的学生管理和教学工作带来困扰,而且也会制约高职院校的高质量发展,特别是对新“双高计划”的落实造成阻碍。新“双高计划”中办学能力高水平是高职院校化解生源危机的能力体现,产教融合高质量是高职院校应对生源危机的有效路径。因此,当前需认清高职院校生源危机的具体表现,分析造成生源危机的原因,积极主动调整方向,寻求应对高职院校生源危机的策略,为高职院校在第二轮“双高计划”建设中抢占先机。
The new“Double-High Plan”serves as an opportunity and driving force for higher vocational colleges to shift from extensive scale development to high-quality connotative development.Student recruitment is not only the starting point of various work in higher vocational colleges but also the ultimate goal of their talent training.The shortage of student quantity and the decline in student quality not only bring difficulties to student management and teaching work in higher vocational colleges but also restrict their high-quality development,especially hindering the implementation of the new“Double-High Plan”.In the new“Double-High Plan”,a high level of school-running capacity reflects the ability of higher vocational colleges to resolve the student recruitment crisis,and high-quality integration of industry and education is an effective path for them to address this crisis.Therefore,it is necessary to recognize the specific manifestations of the student recruitment crisis in higher vocational colleges,analyze its causes,proactively adjust directions,and explore coping strategies,so as to help higher vocational colleges seize the initiative in the construction of the second round of the“Double-High Plan”.
