糖元阳片对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病小鼠保护作用的研究 被引量:3

Protective effect of Tangyuanyang tablets against streptozotocin-induced diabetes in mice

摘要 目的:探讨糖元阳片对链脲佐菌素诱导的实验性糖尿病小鼠的保护作用。方法:采用链脲佐菌素诱导小鼠糖尿病模型,造模成功的小鼠随机分成5组,即模型组、二甲双胍组及糖元阳片高、中、低剂量组,另设正常对照组,每组10只。各组分别灌胃给药,每天1次,连续21d;正常对照组和模型组灌胃等体积的0.9%氯化钠注射液。检测比较各组小鼠的体质量、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)水平及肝糖原和肌糖原含量、HE染色观察胰腺组织形态学改变。结果:灌胃糖元阳片能显著降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖,降低血清中过氧化物MDA含量,增加SOD活力,增加肝糖原、肌糖原贮存。结论:糖元阳片对链脲佐菌素诱导的实验性糖尿病小鼠具有保护作用,其机制可能与提高小鼠机体内的抗氧化能力,修复损伤胰岛有关。 Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Tangyuanyang tablets against streptozotocin - in- duced diabetes in mice. Methods :Streptozotocin was used to establish a mouse model of diabetes, and after the mod- el was established successfully, the mice were randomly divided into model group, metformin group, and high - , middle - ,and low -dose Tangyuanyang tablet group ,with 10 mice in each group. Another 10 normal mice were en- rolled as normal control group. The drugs were given by gavage once a day for 21 consecutive days, and the mice in the normal control group and the model group were given 0.9% sodium chloride injunction of the same volume by ga- vage. These groups were compared in terms of body mass, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxide malon- dialdehyde ( MDA), hepatic glycogen, and muscle glycogen, and HE staining was used to observe histomorphological changes on the spleen. Results:Tangyuanyang tablets given by gavage significantly reduced fasting blood glucose and serum MDA level,increased the activity of SOD, and increased the storage of hepatic glycogen and muscle gly- cogen. Conclusion : Tangyuanyang tablets have a protective effect against streptozotocin - induced diabetes in mice, possibly by improving antioxidant capacity and repairing islet injury in mice.
