摘要
介绍了目前研究较多的真菌多糖、植物多糖、藻类多糖等活性多糖,分别概述了各类活性多糖的作用、保健功能、应用及多醣提取分离的一般方法,并对已研制开发的多糖保健食品作了简要介绍。
The active polysaccharides in recent study are introduced, such as fungal polysaccharides, plant polysaccharides and algal polysaccharides. The health functions and applications of various types of active polysaccharides, and the general extraction and separation methods of polysaccharides are summarized. The functional foods of active polysaccharides are mentioned in brief.
