枸杞多糖对四氧嘧啶损伤的离体大鼠胰岛细胞的作用 被引量:35

摘要 目的 观察枸杞多糖 (LBP)对四氧嘧啶 (AXN)诱导的胰岛细胞损害的作用。方法 应用体外培养的大鼠胰岛细胞 ,分别检测AXN、LBP及其联合对胰岛细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)和一氧化氮 (NO)生成的影响。结果 LBP明显增强受损胰岛细胞内SOD的活性 ,提高了胰岛细胞的抗氧化能力 ,减轻了过氧化物对细胞的损伤 ,降低MDA的生成量。 Objective The effects of lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on alloxan induced destruction of isolated rat pancreatic islets of langerhans were observed.Methods Isolated pancreatic islet cells from SD rat were cultured in vitro SOD activity?MDA production and NO production in rat pancreatic islet cells incubated with alloxan, LBP singly and in combination were measured. Results Alloxan induced a significant decrease in SOD activity and a increase in MDA production and NO production , which was blocked by LBP. Conclusion LBP has the effect of prolecting the isolated rat pancreatic islets of langerhans.
