摘要
目的 通过时代血糖宁胶囊抗脂质过氧化作用研究 ,初步探讨抗衰老作用及预防糖尿病的作用机制。方法 : 大鼠ig给药后 ,制成四氧嘧啶糖尿病动物模型 ,采用TBA荧光法测定Lpo分解产物MDA的荧光强度 ,并计算MDA含量 ;以邻苯三酚自氧化微量快速测定法测定RBCSOD活力。结果 : 时代血糖宁胶囊可明显抑制AXN性糖尿病小鼠血糖的升高 ,增强AXN糖尿病大鼠的红细胞SOD活力 ,减少血清MDA含量。结论 : 本品具有抑制脂质过氧化、清除氧自由基的作用。提示本品可能具有抗衰老作用 ,且其改善AXN糖尿病大鼠症状的机理 。
Objective In order to explore the mechanism of antisenility and the preventing diabetes preliminary,the action of the anti-lipid peroxidation of Shi Dai Xue Tang Ning(SDXTN)capsule was studied Methods The animal model of alloxan diabetes was established after the rats were fed i g SDXTN capsule The fluorescent strength of MDA was measured using thiobarbituric acid fluorescent method and calculated content The vitality of superoxid dismautase(SOD)in red blood cell was measured by o-trihydroxy benzene self-oxidative rapid and micro-estimation. Results SDXTN capsule inhibited the blood sugar increasing significantly on alloxan diabetes in mice,strengthened the activity of SOD in red blood cell on alloxan diabetes in rats,and decreased the content of MAD in serum Conclusion The SDXYN capsule had the action of inhibiting lipid peroxidation and scavenging oxgen free radical It suggested that the SDXTN capsule probably had the action of antisenility,which possibly relate to the mechanism of improving symptom on alloxan diabetes
