摘要
针对220 kVJA变发生一起220 kV断路器跳闸延时的故障现象,笔者根据保护动作、现场检查和试验情况,初步判断故障原因液压机构动作延时。据此文中利用AMEsim仿真软件搭建断路器液压机构动作特性模型,得出液压机构分闸时各级控制阀响应特性,分析了断路器分闸动作时二级阀阀座与阀管尺寸匹配对出口动作压力的影响。根据断路器液压机构各级阀体解体检查状况,确定该故障起因为断路器液压机构管阀制造工艺存在缺陷。针对该故障,提出对该断路器同型号、同批次阀体进行全部更换并为该型号运行年限较长断路器实施B类检修,防止类似故障再次发生。
Aiming to an accident of 220 kV circuit breaker in a substation, this paper analyzes the possible causes based on the action of relay protection equipment, on-site inspection test, preliminary judgment of the cause of the fault is hydraulic mechanism action delay. The operating characteristic model of the hydraulic mechanism of circuit breaker is built by using AMEsim software. The response characteristics of the control valve at the opening of the hydraulic mechanism are calculated and the relationship between the valve seat size and the outlet pressure is ana- lyzed. According to the disassembly inspection status of the valve body of the hydraulic mechanism, it is presumed that the cause of the delay accident is defect in the manufacturing process of the hydraulic valve. The fault inter- rupter same model, same batch valve technology is replaced two-stage valve.
