摘要
笔者介绍LW□-1100型支柱式双断口高压交流旁路开关用CYA8G大功率液压弹簧操动机构的设计及试制,说明在设计及试制过程中旁路开关及其操动机构与普通断路器及其操动机构依据的标准不同,从而导致设计思想及设计基准不同。差别主要体现在操作循环和对合闸动作及特性的要求上,根据要求的特点,采用了反向操作旁路开关的方法,技术性能达到了设计时的预想要求,试验结果符合标准和产品技术规范的要求。
This article describes the design and trial-produce of type CYA8G high-power hydraulic spring mechanism,which is used for LW □-1100 double breaks high-voltage AC bypass switch.In the design and trial process,common circuit breaker and bypass switch and its operating mechanism based on different standards,and thus lead to different design ideas and design basis.Differences are mainly reflected in the operating cycle and requirements of closing movement and characteristics.According to the requirement characteristics,the reverse operation of the bypass switch method is used.Technical performance has reached the desired design requirements,and test results meet the standards and product specification requirements.
