摘要
分别阐述了SF6断路器在分闸过程中重燃和分闸时灭弧室套管爆炸的两起故障情况,结合故障录波、解体检查、材料检测等情况,得出两起故障原因分别是喷口材料中填料比例不当和绝缘拉杆传动拐臂断裂,分析了喷口材料对断路器开断能力的影响,指出加强断路器核心部件的质量管控与监督仍是电力工业亟需解决的问题。针对在运设备,综合运用各种带电检测技术、重视故障录波信息的分析与家族性缺陷的诊断是及时发现此类潜伏性故障的重要手段。
Two faults of SF6 circuit breaker porcelain bushing explosion and arc reignition in interrupting course are analyzed. According to the fault records, disassembly checks and material inspections, two faults are respectively due to improper proportion of stuffing in nozzle and fracture of turn-arm of insulated pull rod. The effect of nozzle material on interrupting capability of the SF6 circuit breaker is analyzed. Conclusions are drawn that: (1)Power industry should pay more attention to quality control and supervision of circuit breaker core components; (2)Live-line detection technology, fault record analysis and familial defect diagnosis are important methods for diagnosing these kinds of latent faults in operating equipment.
