摘要
针对断路器实际工作过程中操作机构存在问题,基于产品结构及工作原理分析,确定了存在问题液压部件,研究了控制阀产生故障原因,并对控制阀进行优化设计。介绍了所设计电液控制阀结构特点及工作原理,通过试验对比分析优化前后控制阀性能。由试验结果可知,优化后电液控制阀满足断路器机械特性,确保了断路器的互换性,且稳定性、可靠性大幅提升。
Aiming at the problems existing in the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker in the actual working process,based on the analysis of product structure and working principle,the existing hydraulic components are determined,the causes of the problems of the control valve are studied,and the control valve is optimized.The structural characteristics and working principle of the designed electro-hydraulic control valve are introduced.The performance of the control valve before and after optimization is compared and analyzed through experiments.The test results show that the optimized electro-hydraulic control valve meets the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker,ensures the interchangeability of the circuit breaker,and greatly improves the stability and reliability.
