淬火温度及电流频率对导轨硬度及耐磨性的影响

Effects of Quenching Temperature and Current Frequency on Hardness and Wear Resistance of Lead Rail

摘要 机床导轨主要起导向和承载作用,其质量直接影响工件的加工质量,所以要求导轨有高的硬度以及良好的耐磨性。本文将不同电流频率及淬火温度下的试样进行试验,结果表明:在相同频率下,硬度随着淬火温度的升高先增加后降低。淬火温度为950℃,导轨的硬度最高,耐磨性随淬火温度升高逐渐变好,温度为1000℃可获得更好的耐磨性能;在同一淬火温度下,硬度和耐磨性随着电流频率的升高而增加。频率为160 k Hz时,导轨的硬度最高,耐磨性能最好。 Machine tool lead rail plays a role of guidance and beating mainly, its quality directly affect the machining quality of work piece, so high hardness and good wear resistance of the lead rail are demanded. The test samples of different current frequency and quenching temperature are tested. It is concluded that: under the same frequency, hardness first increases and then decreases with the increase of quenching temperature, quenching temperature is 950 ℃, lead rail has the highest hardness, wear resistance is gradually getting better with the rise of quenching temperature, better wear resistance can be obtained under the temperature of 1000℃ ; Under the same quenching temperature, the hardness and wear resistance increases with the rise of current frequency, lead rail has the highest hardness, wear-resisting performance is the best under the frequency of 160 kHz.
