摘要
介绍了HT250灰铸铁材质壳体铸件经人工热时效或热焊补后,其加热温度和保温时间对被加热铸件的金相组织和硬度等力学性能的影响。借助电镜摄制了不同温度等条件下珠光体分解变化的情况。从理论上解释了目前生产中出现的一些现象,并为今后生产中解决此类问题提供了处理方法和理论依据。
After artificial heat ageing or welding or soldering of case casting of HT250,effect of heating temperature and holding time on mechanical properties such as microstructure and hardness of the heated casting has been introduced.Variety of deformation and change of pearlite under different temperatures has been photoed by electron microscope.Some pheromena occuring in present production have been explained by theory.Solutions and theoretical base of such problems have been provided.
