摘要 根据国家对“机床重要导轨件应采取耐磨性措施”的要求,我厂生产的机床导轨铸件,材质过去采用高磷铸铁,它的缺点是铸件很脆,由于缩、裂报废的铸件重量占整个废品的70%以上,铸件中特别是C5112A,C5116A立车的横梁、床身、横梁滑座、垂直滑枕、C5225立车的横梁。缩、裂更为严重。 This paper introduces the applications of boron alloy cast iron to various types of machine tool guideways. It give relatively detailed discussion on its micro structure and mechanical properties. Through test and production practice it was found that boron alloy cast iron has very high wear resistance and good casting and machining propeties, it provides a new way for improving the wear-resistant material for roaching tool guideways.
