降低平做侧立浇床身废品率的措施

Measures to Reduce Rejection Rate of Lathe Bed Poured by Using Mold Horizontally-Made and Vertically Placed with One Side Downwards

摘要 介绍了水平造型、铸型侧立放置浇注机床床身铸件的铸造工艺及工艺流程,对芯撑脱落引起的铸件废品原因进行了分析,最后通过更换铸铁芯撑,加强操作工的技术培训,使芯撑位移引起的废品率降低至0,综合废品率降低到1%以内。 The casting method and process flow of the lathe bed poured by using mold horizontally-made and vertically placed with one side downwards was introduced.The reason causing casting rejection due to chaplet dropping was analyzed.Finally,by using cast iron chaplet,reinforcing technical training of the operators,the casting rejection rate caused due to the chaplet moving has been reduced to zero,and the overall rejection rate reduced to less than 1%.
