摘要
本篇建立了一种在高海拔地区利用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定钼矿石中微量铼的方法。样品经过氧化镁烧结,热水提取后采用ICP-MS测定。在优化的实验条件下,微量铼的检出限可低至0.2 ng/g,回收率达95.6%以上。本方法通过对GBW07141,GBW07142,GBW07143标准样品进行验证,铼的测定值与标准值吻合,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)≤4.7%。本方法能够满足0.02~100μg/g浓度范围内铼含量的测定需求。
A inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method was developed to directly analyzetrace rhenium in molybdenum ores at high altitude. Molybdenum ores were calcined by magnesium oxide, after hot waterextraction, the samples was directly determined by ICP-MS. Under optimum conditions, the detection limit of tracerhenium was 0. 2 ng/g, and the recovery was over 95.6% . The method was applied to determinate rhenium in thestandards of GBW07141, GBW07142, GBW07143 and the results were consistent with the true values, RSD ( n = 11 ) 〈4.7%. The method is suitable for the determination of trace rhenium with the content of 0.02 - 100 ~g/g in molybdenumores.
