摘要
河南某矽卡岩型钼矿石钼品位为0.13%,主要矿石矿物辉钼矿嵌布粒度较细。根据矿石性质,采用阶段磨矿阶段选别工艺流程,进一步提高矿物单体解离度,从而提高选矿指标。在最佳条件下,浮选闭路试验可获得较好指标,钼精矿钼品位48.53%、钼回收率82.31%。
The molybdenum grade of a skarn-type molybdenum ore is 0. 13 % and the main mineral,molybdenite,is embedded in fine particles. Based on the ore property,the staged grinding and staged separation processes are used,further increasing the monomer disassociation degree of the mineral,and thus improving ore-dressing index. Under the optimal conditions,the closed circuit test can obtain good index that the molybdenum grade of the molybdenum concentrate is 48. 53 % and the molybdenum recovery is 82. 31 %.
