用等离子体质谱法测定化学物相浸出液中的铼 被引量:10

Determination of Rhenium in Chemical Phase Leaching Solution by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了铼化学物相分析浸出液中痕量铼,系统研究了不同相态铼(Re2O7、ReO2、ReO3、金属铼及ReS2等相)浸出液中痕量铼测定的相关影响因素,并分析了几种钼矿石和焙砂样品,结果准确可靠。实验证明,ICP-MS用于痕量铼的测定,简便快速,值得推广。 The trace rhenium in chemical phase leaching solution was determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP- MS). The relative influence factors of trace rhenium determination in various phase state rhenium (Re2O7, ReO2, ReO3, metal Re and ReS2 ) in leaching solution were systematically studied and several molybdenum ores and calcine samples were also analyzed. The results are accurate and reliable. The experiments approve that trace rhenium determination ICP- MS is simple and rapid, worth wide spreading.
