摘要
采用有限元法及有限体积法对永磁同步牵引电机内部磁场及温度场进行仿真计算,并对采用高导热环氧少胶云母带和普通云母带的绝缘体系温度场进行对比分析。结果表明:采用导热系数为0.44 W/(m·K)的高导热环氧少胶云母带的绝缘体系可以有效降低电机的内部温升,将电机线圈主绝缘的寿命提高一倍左右,保证了其运行过程中的可靠性。
The magnetic fileld and temperature field in permanent magnet synchronous traction motor (PMSM) were simulated and calculated using finite element method and finite volume method. And the temperature field of insulation systems with high thermal conductive epoxy dry mica tape and normal mica tape were compared. The results show that the temperature rise of motor decreases effectively when the insulation system use the high thermal conductive epoxy dry mica tape with 0.44 W/(m·K) of thermal conductivity, and the lifetime of the coil main insulation doubles, which guarantee the operating reliability of motor.
