摘要
研究了增粘剂用量对地热井高导热胶结材料导热率、硬度、剪切强度、拉伸性能和高温质量保持率的影响。结果表明,随着增粘剂用量逐渐增加,地热井高导热胶结材料的导热率先增后减,当增粘剂用量为0.4%时取得最大值;地热井高导热胶结材料的拉伸强度先增后减,当增粘剂用量为0.6%时取得拉伸强度最大值;地热井高导热胶结材料的导热率先增后趋于稳定,当增粘剂用量为0.4%时取得剪切强度最大值;地热井高导热胶结材料的邵氏A硬度先增后减,当增粘剂用量为0.6%时取得最大值。在500℃及以上时,相同温度下,增粘剂用量为0.4%和增粘剂用量为1.0%的地热井高导热胶结材料的质量保持率都低于增粘剂用量为0%的试样,且增粘剂用量越高则地热井高导热胶结材料的质量保持率越低。
The effects of tackifier dosage on the thermal conductivity,hardness,shear strength,tensile properties,and high-temperature mass retention rate of high thermal conductivity cementing materials for geothermal wells were investigated.The results showed that with the gradual increase of tackifier dosage,the thermal conductivity of the high thermal conductivity cementing material for geothermal wells first increased and then decreased,reaching the maximum value when the tackifier dosage was 0.4%;the tensile strength of the material first increased and then decreased,with the maximum tensile strength achieved at a tackifier dosage of 0.6%;the shear strength of the material first increased and then tended to be stable,peaking at a tackifier dosage of 0.4%;the Shore A hardness of the material first increased and then decreased,hitting the maximum value when the tackifier dosage was 0.6%.At 500℃and above,at the same temperature,the mass retention rates of the high thermal conductivity cementing materials for geothermal wells with tackifier dosages of 0.4%and 1.0%were both lower than that of the sample with 0%tackifier dosage,and the higher the tackifier dosage,the lower the mass retention rate of the material.
