摘要
以KH-570改性纳米Al2O3为填料制备了导热浸渍漆,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:KH-570改性Al2O3纳米粉体的加入改善了浸渍漆的导热性能、冲击强度等性能,且纳米Al2O3填充的浸渍漆的性能优于亚微米Al2O3填充的浸渍漆的性能。
A thermally conductive impregnating varnish was prepared with nano-Al2O3 treated by γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane(KH-570) as filler,and then the properties were investigated.The results show that with addition of the treated Al2O3,the combination properties such as thermal conductivity and impact strength of the varnish are improved.And the property of impregnating varnish filled with nano-Al2O3 is better than that filled with micro-Al2O3.
