摘要
介绍了电机温升限值和高导热绝缘材料的应用,阐述了导热热阻和蓄热系数的重要作用,提出了高、低压电机的高导热绝缘结构和降低电机温升的有效方法。结果表明,高导热绝缘材料的使用是降低电机温升的最有效方法。
The temperature rising in motors and the insulating materials with high thermal conductivity were stated. And the key role of thermal conductive resistance and coefficient of heat accumulation were described. It is suggested that the use of high heat conductive insulation structure and high heat conductive insulating material is the most effective way to reduce the temperature rising in high-and low-voltage motors
