摘要
本文对200台煤改气、煤改生物质工业锅炉进行了能效测试,从排烟温度、过量空气系数、炉渣含碳量、炉体外表面温度、CO含量及锅炉热效率方面对结果进行了分析。结果表明:燃煤工业锅炉改造基本完毕;锅炉平均排烟温度为181.9℃,总体趋稳;过量空气系数超标严重,仍有80%超标;炉渣含碳量略有下降;炉体外表面温度平均值为45.1℃,保温措施一般;燃煤/生物质锅炉平均热效率为75.71%,燃油/气锅炉为88.16%,热效率基本持平;燃煤/生物质锅炉漏风严重,影响热效率提高;总体负荷率偏低,燃煤/生物质锅炉平均只有50%。
Energy efficiency of 200 coal to gas or coal to biomass industrial boilers were tested in this paper, including the exhaust gas temperature, excess air coefficient, the carbon content in slag, furnace body surface temperature, CO content, loading rate and thermal efficiency. The conclusion is as follows: the transformation of coal-fired industrial boilers basically completed; the exhaust gas temperature is 181.9℃ ; the excess air coefficient exceed the standard seriously, there are still 80% exceed the standard; the carbon content in slag decreased slightly; the average furnace body temperature is 45.1℃ ; coal / biomass boiler average thermal efficiency is 75.71% and oil / gas boiler thermal efficiency is 88.16%; coal / biomass boiler air leakage is serious which is affecting the thermal efficiency improvment; the overall load rate of coal / biomass boiler is only 50%.
