摘要
为了解不同燃料工业锅炉的定型能效测试状况,以4种燃料共计20台锅炉为研究对象,对其测试结果进行比较分析。结果表明:燃煤流化床锅炉测试热效率的加权平均值为88.75%,天然气锅炉为96.67%,生物质锅炉为87.85%,电加热锅炉为98.05%;冷凝式天然气锅炉热效率偏高,加权平均值为98.91%,非冷凝式天然气锅炉为94.06%。在满足环保和经济性的情况下,生物质锅炉是替代燃煤锅炉的不错选择。针对测试现场存在的问题,从技术与政策方面提出实用对策和建议。
In order to realize the status of energy efficiency test of industrial boilers approved products with different fuels,this paper takes 20 industrial boilers with 4 kinds of fuels as research object,and analyses the energy efficiency test data.The results show that the test thermal efficiency weighted mean of CFB boiler is 88.75%,the natural gas-fired boiler is 96.67%,the biomass boiler is 87.85%and the electric heating boiler is 98.05%.In addition,the condenser natural gas-fired boiler is 98.91%,which is better than the no-condenser natural gas-fired boiler 94.06%.The biomass boiler is still a good choice to replace the coal-fired boiler under the premise of environmental protection and economy.In view of the problems existing in the test site,the practical countermeasure and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of technology and policy.
