以嵌入式技术为基础的工业锅炉远程监测智能化物联网终端设计研究 被引量:2

Design and Research on Intelligent Internet of Things Terminal for Industrial Boiler Remote Monitoring Based on Embedded Technology

摘要 为了基于互联网将工业锅炉运行数据信息及时传输到监控中心,实时掌握工业锅炉的具体运行状况,从而为异常运行的锅炉提供有效的诊断与解决方式,构建以嵌入式技术为基础的工业锅炉远程监测智能化物联网终端系统势在必行。通过对工业锅炉远程监测系统结构进行详细分析,采用微处理器、无线模块、串口触控屏、嵌入式操作系统作为软件、硬件核心,设计开发工业锅炉远程监测智能终端,以此实现了GPRS无线透明化传输、实现了混合信号数据采集、串行通信、人机触控交互、远程配置管理等功能。经过实践证明,以嵌入式技术为基础的工业锅炉远程监测智能化物联网终端不仅能够满足技术相关要求,而且具有较高的稳定性与可靠性,市场应用前景广阔,值得大力推广。 In order to duly transmit the operation data of industrial boiler to the monitoring center based on the internet,to grasp the actual operation condition of the industrial boiler in real time,and provide an effective diagnosis and solution for the boiler in abnormal operation,it is imperative to construct an intelligent terminal system for industrial boiler remote monitoring based on embedded technology.By analyzing the structure of industrial boiler remote monitoring system in detail,adopting microprocessor,wireless module,serial port touch control screen and embedded operating system as the core of software and hardware,the intelligent terminal of industrial boiler remote monitoring is designed and developed.The functions of mixed signal data acquisition,GPRS wireless transparent transmission,man-machine touch interaction,serial communication,efficiency calculation and remote configuration management are realized.It has been proved by practice that the intelligent terminal of the remote monitoring of industrial boiler based on embedded technology can not only meet the requirements of technique,but also have high stability and reliability,as well as broad prospect of market application,so it is worth popularizing.
