摘要 排烟温度是评价锅炉经济运行的重要参数之一,降低排烟温度是工业锅炉提高运行效率、降低能耗的重要措施。以燃油工业锅炉为例,通过对大连某医院的1台锅炉进行内部检验、能效测试,根据测试结果分析该锅炉排烟温度过高的原因,并通过合理的改造,提高锅炉运行效率,取得了很好的效果,同时也为锅炉检验检测机构的节能减排工作提供了新的思路。 Exhaust gas temperature is one of important parameters for the evaluation of the economy operation of the boiler.Reducing exhaust gas temperature is also one of the effective measures to improve its operating efficiency and reduce dissipation.This thesis takes fuel industrial boiler as an example,analyzing the cause of the high boiler exhaust temperature according to some survey results of internal exam and energy efficiency testing in a hospital boiler in Dalian area.Through a series of proper improvement measures,how it improved its operating efficiency and got better results is also included in this thesis.In the meanwhile,it provides a new idea of energy-saving and emission reduction work for Boiler Inspection Agencies.
