摘要
为评价国产替考拉宁对肠球菌的体外抗菌活性 ,用二倍琼脂稀释法测定了 14 0株临床分离肠球菌的最低抑菌浓度。并与万古霉素、头孢硫脒和利福平进行了抑菌效果对比。结果表明国产替考拉宁对 14 0株肠球菌的抑菌效果较好 ,其敏感率为 10 0 %,略优于万古霉素 。
To evaluate in vitro antibacterial activity of domestic teicoplanin against enterococci, we determine MICs of 140 strains of clinical enterococci by agar dilution method, and compared with vancomycin, cephathiamidinum, and rifampin. Results show that antibacterial effect of domestic teicoplanin against 140 strains of enterococci is strong, and the susceptibility rate is 100%, better than vancomycin, cephathiamidinum, and rifampin.
