摘要
作者对盐酸米托蒽醌注射液的抗癌活性进行了观测,发现该药对艾氏腹水癌、白血病P388和Sar-coma-180等三个实验系统瘤株均有显著疗效,尤其对白血病P388效果特佳。其抗癌效果比米托蒽醌粉剂稳定和优越。除静脉和腹腔注射外,局部皮下注射亦无不良反应,效果显著,对艾氏腹水癌皮下实体型肿瘤抑瘤率可达90％以上。提示该剂型可供临床上作各种途径给药时选择。
Experimental results of anticancer acti-vity of DHAQ.HCl are reported in thispaper. It was discovered that DHAQ. HCl,mitoxantrone hydrochloride, had an ob-vious anticancer effect on the experimentaltumor strains:Ehrlich ascites cancer, Sarco-ma-180, Leukemia P388, etc., and that itwas more effective to Leukemia P388 thanto other strains. The anticancer activity ofDHAQ. HCl was better than DHAQ (P<0.05). No side effect was observed on the-local sites (s.c.) of tumor planted or drug.injected. And also a good anticancer effectwas observed on the sites of tumor plantedby local injection. It is suggested that thisobservation can provide some informationon the choice of routes of administration ofthis drug clinically.
