摘要
随着国际贸易的不断繁荣,病媒生物及其相关传染病也加速跨境传播,对人类健康造成的风险日益剧增。为应对风险,通过收集、整理、分析国内外病媒生物相关法律和标准体系,发现我国病媒生物控制法律及标准体系建设依然薄弱。应加大病媒生物控制法律及标准体系建设,以应对突发多变的国际病媒生物跨境传播的新形势,保障国民健康安全。
With the continuous prosperity of the international trade ,the spread of medical vectors and related infec- tious diseases was accelerated,the health risks is increasing gradually. The literature reviews about global information of quarantine vectors law and standard system were collected and compared. It was showed that the law and stan- dard system about medical vectors was still weak in China. The concern level should be increased in order to make the appropriate improvements to handle emergencies and changeable new situation and safeguard the heahh and safety of residents.
