摘要
目的通过采取综合防制措施,使"六小"行业病媒生物防制达到国家卫生城标准。方法建立管理组织,搞好卫生基础建设,同时进行环境治理,并采取物理防制和化学防制的方法。按全爱卫发(1997)第5号文《关于灭鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂标准》和全爱卫民(1997)第28号文《灭鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂现场考核办法》进行调查和评价。结果整治前室内鼠迹阳性率为34.71%,防鼠设施不合格率为43.01%,重点场所成蝇阳性率为45.58%,不得有蝇场所成蝇阳性率为18.93%,防蝇设施不合格率为32.69%,成若虫阳性率为24.78%。整治后室内鼠迹阳性率为2.91%,防鼠设施不合格率为6.71%,重点场所成蝇阳性率5.37%,不得有蝇场所成蝇阳性率1.80%,防蝇设施不合格率6.41%,成若虫阳性率为2.78%。结论综合防制病媒生物效果显著,但应持之以恒。
Objective To make the vector control of ＂six small＂ fields achieve the standard of sanitary city by taking integrated measures. Methods It was integrated fathering by means of chemical and physics control on the base of protecting environment and setting a series of management organizations. The 5^th official document 《Standards of rats, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches》 （ 1997 ） and the 28^th official document 《Examination methods of rats, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches》 （ 1997 ） is sued by commission of the public health campaign. Results Before controlling, the inside positive rate of rat trace was 34. 71%, the disqualificatiopn rate of preventive establishments for rats was 43.01%, the positive rate of flies was 45. 58% in the key vocations, which was 18. 93% in areas where flies were prohibited. The disqualification rate of preventive rate of preventive establishment for flies was 32.69% , the positive rate of nymphae and adult was 24. 78%. After controlling, the inside positive rate of rat trace was 2. 91%, the disqualification rate of preventive establishments for rats was 6. 71%, the positive rate of flies was 5.37% in the key vocations, which was 1.81% in areas there flies were prohibited. The disqualification rate of preventive rate of preventive establishment for flies was 6. 41%, the positive rate of nymphae and adult was 2. 78%. Conclusion It has a good effect on controlling the vector by taking integrated measures, but should straggle against it persevere.
