应用德尔菲法构建病媒生物防制服务效果评估指标体系 被引量:1

Establishment of an effectiveness evaluation index system for the vector control services by Delphi method

摘要 目的应用德尔菲法构建病媒生物防制服务效果评估指标体系。方法采用文献研究和专家专题讨论的方式,构建初始的病媒生物防制服务效果评估指标体系,采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询,根据结果进行指标筛选与修改并构建指标体系。结果共27名专家参与两轮咨询,主要来自疾控中心(占74.08%),从业年限均≥10年。专家的积极系数分别为84.37%和88.89%;权威系数分别为(0.81±0.02)和(0.80±0.02);指标重要性的协调系数分别为0.183(χR^2=83.96,P<0.05)和0.282(χR^2=101.53,P<0.05),指标可行性的协调系数分别为0.184(χR^2=84.68,P<0.05)和0.201(χR^2=86.97,P<0.05);最终建立的病媒生物防制服务效果评估指标体系包括8个一级指标,19个二级指标。结论本研究所建立病媒生物防制服务效果评估指标体系较为全面,可为进一步制订病媒生物防制服务效果评估规范提供参考依据。 Objective To establish an effectiveness evaluation index system for vector control services by Delphi method.Methods The preliminary evaluation index system was established based on literature review and expert symposium.Then 2 rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method.The evaluation index system was constructed through index screening and modification based on consultation results.Results A total of 27 experts were involved in the 2 rounds consultation with over 10 years working experience,mainly from CDC(accounted for 74.08%).The positive coefficients of the 2 rounds of expert consultation were 84.37%and 88.89%,respectively;the expert authority coefficients were(0.81±0.02)and(0.80±0.02),respectively;the expert coordination coefficients of the importance of indicators were 0.183(χ_R^2=83.96,P<0.05)and 0.282(χ_R^2=101.53,P<0.05),respectively;and the expert coordination coefficients of the feasibility of indicators were 0.184(χ_R^2=84.68,P<0.05)and 0.201(χ_R^2=86.97,P<0.05),respectively.The final established evaluation index system included 8 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators.Conclusion The effectiveness evaluation index system for vector control services established in this study is comprehensive,which can provide a scientific and reasonable reference for further development of evaluation standards for the effectiveness of vector control services.
