摘要
目的探讨护理本科学生自我辨识中医体质过程中存在的问题,分析其自我辨识中医体质出现偏差的原因,寻找改进中医护理教学质量的对策。方法选取我校护理学院2013级1个班的本科护理学生48名为研究对象,学生填写自制体质调查问卷并自评体质类型,2名教师背对背同时用该量表评估该学生体质的一致性结果与学生自评结果进行比较分析。结果护理本科学生自我辨识体质准确率为81.25%,其中舌诊自我辨识准确率为68.75%,脉象自我辨识的准确率为62.5%。结论部分学生学完中医体质调护后仍不会或不能准确辨识自己的体质,运用"四诊"和"辨证"的能力有待增强。而加强教学设计,改良教学方法,抓关键找本质和寻求辅助手段等,对改进以上方面的不足将起到积极的推动作用。
Objective To explore the problems of the nursing undergraduate students in the self-identification existing in the process of identification of traditional Chinese medicine physique, to analyze the reasons of errors occurring in the self-identification of traditional Chinese medicine physique, and to look for the strategy improving the quality of TCM nursing teaching countermeasures.Methods 48 students of nursing class one grade 2013 undergraduate were selected. The students filled in the homemade constitution questionnaire and self-reported physical type, two teachers at the same time assessed the scale which was used to assess the physical the consistency of the results of students, and students' self-condition results were compared. Results Nursing undergraduate ones' self-identification physical accuracy rate was 81.25%, the tongue diagnosis self-recognition accuracy rate was 68.75%, the pulse condition self-recognition accuracy rate was 62.5%. Conclusion There are some students after learning Chinese medicine physique regulating still cannot accurately identify their own physique, the ability of using " four diagnosis" and " syndrome differentiation" remains to be enhanced. And strengthening the teaching design, improving teaching methods, grasping the key to find the nature and seeking the helping methods, etc., to improve the deficiency of above will play a positive role.
