摘要
健康是一个综合性的、多维的并且不断发展深化的概念,受到多方面因素的影响。近年来,健康管理作为医疗卫生保健领域中一个新的概念,已经引入我国并越来越引起各方面的关注。中医认为,疾病的发生和发展与身体不同的体质特征有一定的关系。以北京中医药大学王琦教授为组长的国家973计划项目"基于因人制宜思想的中医体质理论基础研究"课题组编制了《中医9种基本体质分类量表》,并制定了《中医体质分类判定标准》,此标准现已被中华中医药学会认定为学会标准,并在全国范围内推广使用。现就如何将中医体质辨识融入健康管理之中及其现实意义予以简要探讨。
Health is a synthetic,dynamic and multidimensional concept, and it has been affected by multiple factors. In recent years, as a new concept in the field of medical care, the health management has been already introduced in China,and has arose more and more people′s attention. According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）, There is some relation between occurrence and development of disease and different characteristics of bodily constitution. Under Professor WANG Qi＇s leadership ,the China 973 Planning Project“ Basic research of theories of constitution in Chinese Medicine based on the idea of suiting measures to individual” group has developed “Classification measurement question- naire of nine basic constitutions in Chinese Medicine” and“Diagnosis standard of constitution classification in Chinese Medicine” ,and the diagnosis standard has been implemented nationwide by China Traditional Chinese Medicine Societies. This topic will discuss the application of constitution identification in health management and its realistic signifi- cance.
