摘要
活体组织光谱特性的变化是与组织的功能和疾病的情况紧密相关的。这些变化可以为医疗诊断提供有用的信息。本文报道了由我们新研制成功的一种定量测定这种变化的装置。使用这种装置，我们测定了活体组织的光谱特性，进而获得了组织中的血红蛋白、氧饱和度和舌色等参数。
Living tissue spectrum varies with its functional and disease state.By measuring this change, we can obtain many useful information formedical diagnosis. A new device for quantitatiVe measurement of tissuespectrum was described. With this tissue spectrum analyzer, we wereable to obtain spectral parameters of hemoglobin, tissue oxygen saturati-on and tongue color.
