摘要
为了解决苯胺等有机胺类废水带来的环境污染,采用络合沉淀技术处理苯胺模拟废水。考察了p H值、反应时间、投加量等影响因素。实验结果显示:反应体系p H值8~10、反应时间为40 min、药剂投加量为1.5 g的条件下,废水总氮去除率≥97%。经过络合物分子表征及晶体结构测试等方法分析,表明络合沉淀物为三维配位聚合物,苯胺络合物为粒径为25μm片状、团聚的结晶。此技术可用于苯胺类和偶氮类废水。
To solve the pollution of wastewater that containing aniline and other amines, complex precipitation process was employed to treat simulated aniline wastewater. The pH, reaction time, and dosage were studied. In conditions of pH 8- 10, reaction time 40 rain, dosage of agent 1.5 g, the total nitrogen removal could higher than 97%. By analysis methods of the complex molecular characterization and the crystal structure test, it showed that the complex precipitate was a 3D coordination polymer, and the aniline complex was a 25 μm flake with aggregative crystal. This technique could be applied to anilines or azo compounds wastewaters.
