摘要
采用新型的大孔吸附树脂NG-13,对对正丁基苯胺生产过程中产生的高浓度含苯胺废水进行吸附处理。结果表明,经树脂吸附处理后,废水中苯胺质量浓度由约8 500 mg/L降低为5 mg/L以下,苯胺回收率大于99%,树脂经脱附后可重复使用。该处理工艺投资少、运行稳定、操作简便且已实现工业化。
The wastewater with heigh concentration aniline in the production of n-butylaniline has been treated by new macroporous resin adsorbent NG-13. As a result, the aniline concentration in waste water has decreased from 8 500 mg/L to 5 mg/L, and the recovery rate of aniline is more than 99%. In addition, the resin can be recycled after desorption. The technology is advanced with little ivestment, stability circulation and simple manipulation. Moreover, it has been industrialized.
