摘要
研究了苯胺在专性好氧菌作用下的降解规律,讨论苯胺初始质量浓度及菌种接种量对苯胺降解速率的影响.当苯胺的初始质量浓度低于800mg·L-1时,降解速率随质量浓度增加而加快,高于1000mg·L-1时则表现出抑制作用.降解过程中随着苯胺质量浓度的降低,反应液的COD值也随之降低,从而消除了污染.此外,通过对降解过程的动力学分析,得出苯胺的降解反应在不同的质量浓度范围内分别表现为零级或一级反应关系.
The biodegradation of aniline by the obligate aerobic bacteria has been studied,together with the effect of initial concentration of aniline and inoculate quantity on the rate of biodegradation. The rate will increase with the rise of the initial concentration below 800mg·L -1 ,while this rate will be inhibited with the concentration above 1000mg·L -1 . The COD of the reacting solution will decrease with the decrease of the aniline concentration, pollution dying out. The reaction of biodegradation is proved to be zero or one order in the different aniline concentration by the kinetic analyses of the degradation process.
