摘要
目的 :探讨对四肢骨折手术患者进行手术全期护理的临床效果。方法 :选取2014年1月至2016年8月期间在自贡市沿滩区人民医院进行手术治疗的100例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象。将这100例患者随机分成全期组(n=50)和参照组(n=50)。对参照组患者进行常规护理,对全期组患者进行手术全期护理,并对比两组患者对护理的满意率、压疮的发生率和生活质量的评分。结果:全期组患者压疮的发生率低于参照组患者,护理后其各项生活质量评分和对护理的满意率均高于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对四肢骨折手术患者进行手术全期护理能够降低其压疮的发生率,提高其生活质量和对护理的满意度。
Objective To study effect of perioperative nursing application in limb fracture operation. Random selected from Yantan District People＇ s Hospital of Zigong city received and treated the patients accepting limb fracture operation in 100 cases in recently years as the research object, and were randomly divided into full-period group（n=50） and control group（n=50）. Treat control group with routine nursing, treat full-period group with perioperative nursing. Compare satisfaction rate, occurrence of pressure sore and life quality score of two groups. Methods Occurrence of pressure sore of full-period group is lower than control group, satisfaction rate and life quality score of full-period group are higher than control group, the difference between the full-period group and the control group was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Apply perioperative nursing in limb fracture operation can decrease occurrence of pressure sore, and increase satisfaction rate and life quality score of patients.
