摘要
目的分析手术全期护理在降低患者四肢骨折手术患者压疮发生率中的应用效果。方法该文方便选取该院于2014年1月—2017年12月收治的四肢骨折患者共97例,按照来院治疗的先后顺序分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者为49例,采用常规护理方法,观察组患者为48例,采用手术全期护理方法。结果压疮发生率观察组为10.42%,对照组为30.61%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.042 28,P<0.05)。观察组各类压力性损伤发生时间均晚于对照组,观察组护理满意度为95.83%,对照组为75.51%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.109 31,P<0.01)。结论手术全期护理是一种优质的护理方法 ,将手术全期护理方法应用到四肢骨折手术中,有助于降低患者压疮发生率,减缓各类压力性损伤发生时间,提升患者护理满意度,提升患者的肢体功能,帮助患者快速恢复健康,促进患者生活质量的大大提升,在临床中具有良好的应用效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of whole-operation nursing on reducing the incidence of pressure sores in patients undergoing limb fracture surgery. Methods A total of 97 patients with limb fractures treated in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were convenient selected. The patients were divided into a control group and an observationgroup according to the order of treatment. The control group consisted of 49 patients and routine care was used. In the observation group, 48 patients were treated with surgical full-time care. Results The incidence of pressure sores was 10.42%in the observation group and 30.61% in the control group. The observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statitically signficant（X^2=6.0422 8,P〈0.05）. The time of all kinds of stress injury in the observation group waslater than that of the control group. The satisfaction rate of observation in the observation group was 95.83% and 75.51% inthe control group. The observation group was higher than the control group, with the differences was statistically significant（X^2=8.109 31,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Full-term nursing is a kind of high-quality nursing method. Applying the whole-periodnursing method to limb fractures can help reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers, reduce the time of various types of stressinjuries, and improve the satisfaction of patients＇ care, enhance the patient＇s limb function, help patients recover quickly,promote the quality of life of patients, which has a good effect in the clinical application.
