摘要
后发性白内障(posterior capsule opacification,PCO)是白内障术后最常见的并发症,该病亦是引起术后视力下降的主要原因。近年来随着PI3K-AKT信号通路的深入研究,发现该信号通路在PCO的发生发展中发挥重要作用。现就PI3K-AKT信号通路在PCO发病中作用与机制作一简要综述。
Posterior capsule opacification is the most common complication and main cause of eyesight decline after cataract surgery.In recent years,with the research of signal transduction pathway,it was found that PI3K-AKT signaling pathway has played an important role in posterior capsule opacification.This paper briefly reviews the role and mechanism of PI3K-AKT signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of PCO.
